Core Martial Arts
Core Martial Arts is the stand-up portion of training. All students who want to begin their martial arts training must start with the Core Program. Designed by Grand Master Bill Wallace, the Core Program utilizes sound fundamentals to train the student how to be an effective striker. Core is a blend of boxing, kickboxing, taekwondo and other various stand-up styles of martial arts. Students are expected to gain their base martial arts fitness and technical understanding.
