In addition to his responsibilities to Championship Martial Arts, he is the Executive Director of The Martial Arts Industry Association, the largest and premier Martial Arts trade association. Frank is also a columnist for MA Success Magazine and author of Business is Business; Passion and Profit in the Martial Arts Industry.

Mike Metzger is Co-Owner and operator of Championship Martial Arts, in Orlando Florida. He is the lead consultant for MAIA Elite, the one on one consulting arm of the Martial Arts Industry Association. Mike writes a monthly column for MA SUCCESS magazine on the business of Mixed Martial Arts.

Cody Pepper has owned and operated schools for the past 12 years earning honors such as Top New School of the year, and ongoing recognition of having Top producing schools by multiple rating agencies.  He has been contracted to consult for many organizations around the United States as well as overseas as well has been a featured writer in MA success. To his credit he has three world titles in competition and continues to follow his passion which is to massively impact the world through expanding the reach of black belt training
